Building Schools
In 1974, the Tamari family financed the construction of the “Wahbe Tamari Kindergarten” in Jordan. In keeping with this vision, the family contributed to the construction of the Tamari Building, School of Business at the University of Balamand, Lebanon in 2001. In 2018, the Tamari Foundation continued this vision by supporting the Imbuto Foundation in building an Early Childhood Development (ECD) center in the remote area of Rutsiro, Rwanda.
Education Programs
The Tamari Foundation has supported the vocational training and access to employment program of the Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD) in Lebanon since 2011.
