Following the unprecedented explosion in the port of Beirut on August 4, The Tamari Foundation (TF) created an Emergency Relief Fund in order to support the work of key humanitarian organizations in the region, thus enabling the reconstruction of schools, homes for the elderly, food distribution and post-explosion mental health programs.
The response to the TF Emergency Relief Fund campaign was overwhelming, raising an amount of CHF 210’000.-
This amount will be matched locally by the Foundation, reaching a total amount of CHF 420’000.- in an effort to double our support to the communities that were devastated by the Beirut explosion.
